TAITRA Global Trade Big Data Customer Intelligence Platform

The Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA), established with the mission of promoting international trade, launched its Digital Technology Center in 2022 to assist enterprises in navigating the challenges of digital transformation. The center supports businesses with precision data marketing and comprehensive digital solutions. In today’s increasingly competitive global trade landscape, TAITRA recognizes the strategic importance of data. By effectively integrating and managing global customer data, the organization aims to better understand customer needs, anticipate market trends, and unlock greater commercial value.

To realize this vision, TAITRA selected Trinity as the foundation for its Global Trade Big Data Customer Information Platform. This implementation includes the Trinity JCS module for highly efficient automated job scheduling, enabling intelligent system resource allocation and maximizing execution performance. Additionally, the Trinity Data Protection module ensures sensitive information is batch de-identified at scale, safeguarding data privacy and preventing leaks.

Leveraging Trinity as a centralized integration engine, TAITRA can efficiently orchestrate complex data flows while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Through seamless integration with Trinity Data Protection, the organization not only manages vast and diverse datasets but also enforces stringent controls to prevent unauthorized access or misuse of sensitive information.

Chen Mei-Ying, Deputy Sales Manager responsible for the project, remarked, “The successful implementation of this ETL initiative delivers multifaceted value to TAITRA. The new big data platform enhances the organization’s ability to understand global customer behavior and demands, enabling more personalized services and improving customer satisfaction. Moreover, automated processing significantly reduces time and labor costs, boosting operational efficiency and accelerating commercial workflows.”

Trinity’s advanced data protection capabilities also align with international data privacy regulations, strengthening TAITRA’s credibility on the global stage. The organization views this project as a major milestone in its data governance journey. Looking ahead, TAITRA will continue to adopt cutting-edge technologies to enhance its data integration and analytics capabilities—driving greater trade intelligence, responsiveness, and global competitiveness for the enterprises it supports.
