In its latest digital initiative, Hotai Leasing successfully deployed the Trinity ETL platform to enhance and optimize key reporting data from its existing SQL Server databases, particularly those related to vehicle maintenance and auctions.

With support from the NetPro professional services team, Hotai adopted a hierarchical Stage Data Mart architecture to build a complete ETL framework. This foundational layer plays a critical role in pre-processing data before it enters the core data warehouse—enabling data cleansing, transformation, and consolidation. The Stage layer improves data quality and offloads processing from the main warehouse, while offering flexibility and scalability to adapt to evolving business needs and diverse data sources.

To ensure system performance and stability, Hotai integrated Trinity’s ETL tools into its data workflow. Trinity offers a user-friendly, drag-and-drop graphical interface, allowing complex data pipelines to be designed without the need for coding—significantly reducing development and maintenance costs. The platform supports various data formats, including XML and JSON, and includes a comprehensive transformation engine equipped with built-in functions for data cleansing, field calculations, format conversions, merging, and splitting.
