Taiwanese Conglomerate Adopts Trinity ETL and JCS for Cross-Border Accounting
A prominent Taiwanese conglomerate with a diversified portfolio across construction, hospitality, and retail sectors has expanded its presence into multiple major cities worldwide, evolving into a full-fledged multinational enterprise. With this broad operational scope, the group’s headquarters in Taiwan faces the complex challenge of consolidating data from its various global business units to generate actionable reports and support continuous data-driven analysis. However, discrepancies in the timing of system implementation across regions led to inconsistencies in data formats, requiring frequent manual intervention. The lack of a unified platform or interface to streamline these tasks often resulted in delayed processing and increased the risk of human error.
To address these challenges, the group adopted Trinity Professional, successfully reducing both time consumption and error rates in their data processes. Operational data from international branches is now collected through Trinity ETL, transformed and integrated into the central accounting system at headquarters. This process is managed using the Trinity JCS (Job Control Service) scheduling module, which consolidates job orchestration, execution logic, and monitoring into a single interface—enabling seamless design, operation, and oversight.
Beyond job scheduling, Trinity JCS supports advanced execution conditions such as job dependencies and automated file reception. This significantly reduces the need for manual checks by IT personnel, enhancing overall operational efficiency.
Senior Business Manager Mr. Cheng-Ta Lee, who led the project, noted: “This implementation provided the client with a unified platform combining both ETL data integration and JCS workflow management. By moving away from the traditional fragmented processes, the group now benefits from streamlined operations aligned with real business needs—maximizing the value of its data assets.”
He also emphasized that as future requirements arise—such as data protection or address normalization—the group can continue expanding its capabilities within the Trinity ecosystem without the need to procure and maintain third-party tools, thus achieving simplified, centralized management across all data operations.
