Recognizing that its legacy IT systems and databases had been in use for many years, Hotai Insurance sought to reduce the load on its core databases and modernize its infrastructure. As part of this initiative, the company launched an operational database migration project, selecting Trinity ETL as the key tool for data cleansing, normalization, and integration. The project involved transferring data to a new operational database and a Hadoop data warehouse, integrating with reporting tools and front-end applications. Looking ahead, the foundation will support the integration of AI and big data applications to fully unlock the value of their data assets.
