In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, with multiple confirmed cases of both imported and local transmission, and considering the virus’s long incubation period and the potential for asymptomatic transmission, NetPro Information has implemented necessary occupational safety and health measures to protect the well-being of all employees, in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act and related regulations.

Due to the persistent severity and uncertain transmission routes of COVID-19, starting from April 2020, all Trinity training courses offered by NetPro Information have been transitioned to remote online instruction. This measure is part of our comprehensive pandemic prevention efforts to minimize the risk of cluster infections.

Participants can join the courses from any location with internet access, connecting to our cloud-based virtual classroom to view the instructor’s screen and listen to the lecture in real time. During the course, students will also gain hands-on experience by remotely accessing the Trinity training lab environment for practical lab exercises.

NetPro’s online courses utilize the Cisco Webex cloud conferencing platform, allowing participants to join sessions directly via a web browser without installing additional software. Webex enables screen and audio sharing, and participants can interact with instructors and ask questions as needed. We kindly ask all registered participants to complete the necessary pre-class preparations to ensure a smooth remote learning experience.
