Trinity Product Announcement: End of Life/End of Support for Trinity Version 3.7

The official EoL and EoS date for Trinity Version 3.7 has been set to June 30, 2017.
  • EoL (End of Life): Refers to the end of the development lifecycle for the Trinity v3.7 product series, including any new versions or feature enhancements.
  • EoS (End of Service): Refers to the date when support for the final release of the Trinity v3.7 series (specifically v3.7.4.x) — including bug fixes and UI adjustments — will be terminated.
  • Existing customers interested in upgrading to the latest Trinity v4.1 series are encouraged to contact their original sales representative to discuss legacy customer upgrade offers.

What does End of Support mean?

After a 5-year service period, Trinity v3.7 will reach its End of Support on June 30, 2017. Beyond this date, there will be no more security updates or technical support provided for this version. Customers and partners are strongly advised to migrate to the latest supported Trinity version, such as Trinity v4.1, which offers:
  • Significantly improved security,
  • Broader device and platform compatibility,
  • Enhanced user productivity, and
  • Lower total cost of ownership through improved management features.

What does this mean for you?

This means you need to take action. After June 30, 2017, NetPro will no longer provide security patches or technical assistance for Trinity v3.7. These updates are essential to address vulnerabilities, protect against malware, and safeguard both users and sensitive data.

Any system still running Trinity v3.7 after the EoS date should not be considered secure. We strongly recommend planning your migration to a currently supported version of Trinity to ensure continued system effectiveness and security.
