Trinity UDM Selected for Projects by All Three Major Telecom Operators in Taiwan
Last year, our company launched the Trinity UDM (Unstructured Data Management) module, designed to handle a wide range of unstructured data sources—including documents, web pages, NoSQL databases, and search engine platforms. Trinity UDM features robust text mining capabilities to support Big Data analytics, as well as web crawling functions tailored for sentiment analysis and online reputation monitoring.

- Chunghwa Telecom deployed Trinity UDM’s text mining functionality to automate data imputation and calibration within its customer database.
- Taiwan Mobile utilized Trinity UDM’s web crawling features to conduct online opinion surveys.
- FarEasTone leveraged both web crawling and text mining for market research purposes.
