In response to our commitment to talent development and retention, NetPro successfully implemented the Taiwan Training Quality System (TTQS) this year and applied for official certification from the Council of Labor Affairs, Executive Yuan. We are proud to announce that we were awarded Bronze-level certification this month, affirming the quality and effectiveness of our training programs.

What is TTQS?
TTQS (Taiwan Training Quality System) is a national framework designed to elevate the quality of training in enterprises and training institutions across Taiwan. Developed by the Workforce Development Agency, TTQS draws on international standards such as ISO 10015 and the UK’s Investors in People (IIP) model. It provides a systematic approach to evaluating training quality based on five key stages: Planning, Design, Implementation, Review, and Outcomes.
This structured system ensures reliability and precision throughout the training process, making it a trusted benchmark for training excellence.

- Initiation Stage (2005–2009)
- Growth Stage (2010–2012)
- Expansion Stage (2013–2015)
During these stages, the TTQS framework was progressively expanded in scope, certification periods were formalized, and a National Training Quality Award was introduced to further enhance the brand and value of TTQS. Today, TTQS is a recognized symbol of training quality and capability in Taiwan.
